Why choose me on your journey to your future self?

Health change that lasts starts with what matters most to you.

I’ve spent years exploring how food, movement, rest, stress, and connection shape our health. Along the way, I learned something important: lasting change isn’t about knowing more-it’s about uncovering what’s right for you, then having the right support to follow through.

My own path began with gut health struggles and the journey of raising two children with autoimmune conditions. Along the way, I also faced migraines, tension headaches, migrating pain, adrenal fatigue, and the emotional toll of a dysregulated nervous system that often left me feeling generally unwell. These experiences taught me the power of functional food choices, targeted lifestyle shifts, self compassion-and the profound impact of bringing awareness to repressed emotions and their role in physical health.

I know what it feels like to just want your health back. When you’re stuck in symptoms, it’s exhausting, frustrating, and all-consuming. I want my clients to have their health so they can put their energy into the things they love-family, passions, adventures, and everyday life-instead of constantly thinking about what’s wrong.

As a certified health coach trained through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I help clients create real, sustainable shifts by focusing on five pillars of well-being:

Food – Nourish your unique body
Fuel your body with foods that truly work for you, bringing balance, energy, and vitality.

Movement – Strength, flexibility, & joy
Discover ways to move that spark joy, build strength, and keep your body adaptable for life.

Sleep – Restore and renew
Prioritize deep rest so your body and mind can heal, recover, and prepare for tomorrow.

Stress Resilience – Calm in the storm
Stress will come, but how you meet it is what matters. With the right tools, you can trust yourself, respond clearly, and stay the course.

Connection – Belonging and support
Strengthen bonds and find meaning through authentic relationships and supportive community.

My coaching style is grounded in bio individuality-the belief that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I’m a deep listener, a steady accountability partner, and a guide to help you connect with your WHY and the future version of yourself you want to become.

I live in Boulder, Colorado with my husband, and I’m lucky that our two college-aged sons are nearby while they attend CU Boulder. I’m currently an MS in Clinical Nutrition candidate, deepening my knowledge in how diet and lifestyle can support complex chronic health conditions. You’ll often find me doing yoga, swinging kettlebells, hiking in the mountains, skiing in the winter, making silver jewelry in my home studio, or volunteering at our local goat farm. These activities remind me daily that health is about having the energy, clarity, and confidence to do what you love.
